“Personal Information” is information about a user of the Website that is personally-identifiable to the user, such as the name, address, email address, telephone number and other information specific to the user. In the event that Brain Bright becomes aware that it unknowingly collected Personal Information from a child under the age of 13 without parental consent, Brain Bright will delete that information as quickly as reasonably possible.
