It's a secure way to view your appointments and make payments, anytime and anywhere.

 

Login by entering your email address and the password that you created when you set-up your account.
If it’s your first time logging in, refer to the original email that was sent to you during your evaluation appointment. You can also click “Forgot Password” in order to create a password. Tip: Bookmark the web page so you can access it quickly next time you need to log in!

Resetting Your Password
If you forgot your password, there are two ways you can reset it.
1. Click the Forgot Password button on the login page. You will receive an email to create a new password. The link will expire after 2 hours.

2. Reach out to us and we can email you a link to reset your password. Any link emailed by clinic will expire after 24 hours. However, if you click an expired link you will still be directed to the login page where you can click the Forgot Password button.
